Nick Scheible Nick Scheible is a Big Rapids High School alumnus, where he earned honors as 2-time team MVP, 2-time 1st Team All State and 2-time team captain. He led the team in scoring for 3 straight seasons and tied the school record for the most goals.
Nick played junior hockey for 2 seasons with the Listowel Cyclones serving as captain both years. He also led the Cyclones in scoring, accumulating over 100 career points with the team, and played in the MWJHL all-star game.
Scheible went on to play 4 years in the CCHA with the Ferris State Bulldogs, serving as assistant captain for 2 of those years. His first career goal was the game winner against Michigan State. He was a member of the 2003 championship team at Ferris, the first in the school's history. He was also a 2-time CCHA scholar athete honorable mention team and graduated with a B.S. in Marketing.
Nick resides in Big Rapids with wife Melissa, a 1st grade teacher at St. Mary's. Their dog, Bauer, rounds out the family.
